NEW IDEA - USING FLOWERS WITH INK, SMOKE, FIRE

Creating visual representations for mental problems can be expressed through a variety of different ways. I have explored through ink in water and will continue to experiment this with moving image. I also want to use something a bit more relevant to people and more personal to them. For example, using flowers/plants in my photoshoots will represent my subjects as they symbolise life and how it can be destroyed/taken over. Photographing flowers or plants being damaged by fire, smoke or paint will represent how life can be damaged by external factors and ruins the whole being.
To correspond this with the subjects of this project, I will collect together their favourite flowers or other personal objects that are significant to them and use them in my photography work with the water tank and ink.

Instead of using portrait images as part of my still life photographs,  I will use flowers to symbolise the model. They will represent life in the closest representation to human life, they will be used with different coloured inks to represent a variety of moods and feelings. The people I am focusing my project on would not particularly feel comfortable in the studio having their photo taken so instead of using a proxy model that wouldn't have any relevance to the main person, I will use objects to represent them instead.
