LOCATION: Bower Ashton, small studio, table top, still life
CAMERA: Nikon D600, 105mm lens
EQUIPMENT: Table top surface, white paper backdrop, overhead soft-box flash
PURPOSE: To improve my work from my first shoot and become more comfortable with the inks in water. I want my images to look more powerful and be able to capture the ink falling into the water at a perfect time to create a more visually pleasing and effective photograph compared to the images in my first shoot.
PHOTOGRAPHER'S INFLUENCE: Marcel Christ and Mark Mawson are still existing influences for this shoot and I want to replicate their work, how they carefully position the focus point in the frame to be able to capture the ink falling freely into the water before touching the bottom of the tank.
