Location: Small still life studio set up in my conservatory.Equipment: Nikon D5500, 18-55mm lens, two soft box flash lights, one overhead flash light with white umbrella, tripod, fish tank
Purpose: For this photo shoot I want to experiment further with a variety of colours with Lilies to help symbolise my mum with depression, capturing the blues and blacks that she identifies with. Combining the colours with the flowers will symbolise how mental illness effects her and surrounds her mentality, becoming overwhelming and suffocating at some points.Influence: Henry Hargreaves is my inspiration for this photoshoot, as I will be mainly using dark colours like blue and black, I want to follow Henry's theme of his dark and mysterious images. I want my photographs to include depth and mystery - which Henry creates in this series of images.
